Companies selected to be member in the incubator are expected to:

  • Participate fully in incubator life by attending technical and social events, and utilizing onsite expert office hours.
  • Get to know other members. There is a lot of talent in the building.
  • Serve as an internal subject matter expert to fellow mentors.
  • Meet at least quarterly with the Incubator team to jointly establish growth goals and to assess progress. 
  • Share financials at least quarterly on individually agreed upon metrics which may include ARPU (average revenue per user), CAC (customer acquisition cost), churn rate, burn rate, operation efficiency, gross margin, and staffing figures. 
  • Take advantage of the incubator mentor network and monthly office hours. Communicate specific mentor needs to incubator staff. 
  • Communicate regularly with incubator staff, especially if you make a pivot. 
  • Share your ideas on additional services that would be helpful to you. Help us to serve you better.
  • Work hard. Have fun. Learn and grow!
